中文摘要 | 本文探討油脂工業脫色處理後廢白土在高溫方形爐內的熱再生。再生後的白土拿 來為花生油脫色。我們利用比色計來測定未脫色花生油及脫色後花生油的紅色值。由這些紅 色值可以算出白土的再生效率。另外,我們利用天平及表面積測定儀分別來量測白土的重量 損失、小孔表面積、小孔體積及小孔大小分佈。由這些白土的物理性質變化來闡釋白土的熱 再生機制。本研究探討再生溫度、再生時間及再生次數對再生效率的影響。實驗結果顯示: 溫度或時間增加時, 再生效率增加。 如果白土的燒結現象嚴重時, 再生效率下降。 在 400-500 ℃之間及 50min. 下有較佳的再生效率。 廢白土經過十次再生後仍有 79% 的再生 效率。另外,我們發現再生效與白土的小孔表面積大小有密切的關係,即:表面積愈大,再 生效率愈高。 |
英文摘要 | Heat regeneration of spent bleaching clay in a box furnace was investigated. Lovibond color indices of peanut oils unbleached and bleached with fresh or regenerated clay were monitored to calculate regeneration efficiency of the clay. Weight losses, surface areas, pore volumes and pore size distributions of clays were determined to clarify the regeneration process. Effects of operating parameters such as temperature, time and cycle on regeneration efficiency were studied. The regeneration efficiency was observed to increase with temperature and time. However, it dropped when the sintering of clay was significant. The optimal regeneration condition was found to be 400-500 ℃ and 50 minutes. 79% regeneration efficiency was obtained after the 10th regeneration. The regeneration efficiency was found to be closely related to the specific surface area of the clay, i.e., the larger the specific surface area, the hihger the regeneration efficiency. |
