中文摘要 | 本試驗旨在以粗蛋白質為變因,探討土番鴨三階段餵飼之可行性,試驗飼糧之CP 於 0 ∼ 3 週齡分為 18、16 與 14% 等三處理,4 ∼ 7 週齡之 CP 均為 16%,8 ∼ 10 週 齡之 CP 分為 16、14 與 12% 等三處理, 總計共九虛理組,CP18-16-14 與 12% 之飼粗離 胺酸與含硫胺基酸含量分別為 1.09 與 0.68%, 1.05 與 0.68%, 1.01 與 0.67% 及 0.98 與 0.67%。 每處理圈飼 20 隻土番鴨,公母各半,採三重複且試驗兩次,秤量 0、3、7 及 10 週齡體重及飼料消耗量。 試驗結果顯示, 於 0 ∼ 3 週齡以 CP 18% 者有最佳之增重 (617.08 g/bird) 與飼料效率 (2.33), 4 ∼ 7 過齡以前期餵飼 CP 18% 者有最低之增重 (1278.77 g/bird) 與飼料效率 (4.21),8 ∼ 10 週齡則各處理組間在增童與飼料效率未有 差異 (P>0.05)。 由本試驗可知,若棄二階段改採三階段飼養方式,前於飼粗中添加離胺酸 與甲硫胺基酸達推薦量, 則 0 ∼ 3 週齡或可向下挑戰 CP 14%, 再藉 4 ∼ 7 週齡之 CP 16% 補償性生長,肥育期方可再調控 CP 至 12%,如此未影響上市體重。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this experiment was to test the three-stage feeding and to investigate the requirement of crude protein of mule ducks. Crude protein (CP) of starter diets were formulated to provide 18, 16 and 14% from 0 to 3 weeks of age. The CP of grower diets was 16% for 4 to 7 weeks of age and 16, 14 and 12% were used in finisher diets from 8 to 10 weeks of age. All of the experimental diets were added L-lysine and DL-methionine to the recommended level. This experiment comprised nine treatments. Twenty mule ducks (10 ♀ +10 ♂ ) in each pen with triplicates per treatment were used in each experiment and the experiment was repeated once. Body weight and feed consumption of duck were measured at 0, 3, 7 and 10 weeks of age. The results indicated that feeding 18% CP starter diet resulted significantly (P<0.05) in higher weight gain (617.08 g/bird) and feed efficiency (2.33) for 0 to 3 weeks of age. For 4 to 7 weeks of age, those feeding 18% CP starter diet from 0 to 3 weeks of age had the lower weight gain (1278.77 g/bird) and feed efficiency (4.21). There were no differences for weight gain and feed efficiency among treatments from 8 to 10 weeks of age. According to the growing result, if three-stage feeding was used instead of two-stage feeding and L-lysine and DL-methionine were added to the recommended level, mule ducks could be raised with starter diet at 14% CP level from 0 to 3 weeks of age and then fed grower diet at 16% CP level for compensatory growth from 4 to 7 weeks of age. From 8 to 10 weeks of age, the CP of finisher diet could be changed to 12%. In this way, it may result in the same market weight for mule ducks as in two-stage feeding. |
