中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的是探討在自設目標的前提下,目標難度、自我效能是否能影響 學生運動表現間的關係。 本研究以德明商專未曾修過桌球的學生為研究的受試者,共有 69 名學生。所有的受試者依其自設目標分為困難目標(比前測進步 66 %以上)、中等目標( 比前測進步 66 %∼ 33 %之間)和容易目標(比前測進步 33 %以下)三組。 本研究所使用的工具,除桌球器材外,另有自設目標問卷及自我效能量表。收集的資料分別 以描述統計、變異數同質性考驗、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行分析。本研究 結果有:( 1 )不同目標難度組之間並無差異存在;( 2 )自設目標僅對前測有較顯著的 相關,且隨各階段相關遞減; ( 3 )自我效能在自設目標以及各階段測驗均具有相關,尤 其以中測最為顯著。 因此本研究結果基本上是符合 Bandura ( 1986 )的自我效能的理論 。最後,本研究也對後續研究提出一些建議。 |
英文摘要 | The primary purpose of this study was to identify effectiveness on students' athletic performance of goal setting strategy, and to identify the interrelationship between goal difficulty, self-efficacy, and athletic performance. There were total 96 subjects recruited from Tak-Ming college of business. All subjects were volunteers and were divided into three groups: Hard goal group. Moderate goal group, and Easy goal group. The instruments administered to the subjects were table tennis equipment and supplies, self-efficacy inventory, and self-set goal questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, homogeneity test of variance and one-way analysis of variance. The findings of this study were: 1.) there were no significant difference among different goal-set groups, 2.) there were significant relations found on preliminary experiment, but the degree of significant decreased along with the experiments, 3.) there were significant relations found on self-efficacy in all experiments. Thus, the study finding is in accord with Bandura's self efficacy theory. Some suggestions are proposed in term of the further research. |
