英文摘要 | Management by Objectives (MBO), a traditional management tool, has been widely used by many public and private sectors, from which its values and effectiveness are confirmed. This article will first discuss the implications, strengths and weaknesses of MBO. Then, it will also describe the relationships between MBO and motivation theories. Finally, it will attempt to examine the trend of MBO, committment of top management to MBO, the rewards of money and the origin of MBO. |
