英文摘要 | The objective of the Total Quality Management System is, basically, to manage over the quality of products and services derived from computerized system for customer's needs. Furthermore, we emphasize that the automated quality data interchange with our suppliers and customers could help to accelerate our business process and conduce to customer's further production. Thus the symbiotic system in this supply chain mentioned above would be fortified and our competitive edge on the market could be advanced. At the same time, the claims and the quality trend analyses, the cost analysis, and the production capability analyses could give us the guidance for the improvement and enhancement of our quality management. Moreover, these analyses provide our high level managers the viable comparison against competitors for decision making in the company. |
