中文摘要 | 吸濕排汗速乾布種在機能性紡織產品中佔有相當重要的地位,以紗線原料的階段而言,異斷面纖維因增加纖維表面積,利用毛細作用帶走汗水,保持體表乾爽,進而接觸空氣促進蒸發,因此能夠適當的調節體溫與濕氣。 本報告中採用四種商業常用的纖維,包括一種異斷面噴氣式聚酯加工絲、一般圓形聚酯加工絲、尼龍加工絲、純棉等,進行二種針織組織織造、商業流程染整,比較其對於水份傳導與乾燥速度的能力,並就其透氣性與縮水率作整體評估。 結果顯示異斷面纖維經噴氣式加工後對於傳水性質、尺寸安定性、手感等都有不錯的表現,適合應用於吸濕排汗布種。 |
英文摘要 | The moisture transporting and quick drying fabrics are very important in the field of functional fabrics. In the range of yarn material, the modified cross-section fiber can manage thermal and moisture within microclimate properly because of the increased surface area of the fibers thus the perspiration removed by capillary and evaporated into air and the skin were kept cool and dry. Four kinds of commercial yarns were used in the study. It included a modified cross-section air textured polyester yarn, a general draw textured polyester yarn, nylon textured yarn and cotton yarn. The fabrics were made by circular knitting plain and pique separately, and dyed by general process. The water diffusion area, evaporation ability, air permeability and dimensional changes in laundering of the fabrics were tested. The results showed that the modified cross-section air textured yam has better water transporting property, dimension stability, and handle than the others, thus suited to be used as a moisture managing fabrics. |
