中文摘要 | 針對異斷面及織細化人造纖維開發各種聚酯或尼龍纖維與棉交織的針織布,比較其傳水能力,並且研究人造纖維單根紗束之織維表面積及加工狀況與傳水能力的關聯性。結果顯示相似丹尼數下擴大纖維表面積,有較佳的擴散與乾燥速率:假撚加工過程中若破壞纖維的斷面形狀,將會影響其傳遞水份的能力;布匹開發時需針對成本、手感、原料取得等因素考慮;實驗證明異斷面及纖細化纖維均為恰當的貼身層人造纖維,使整體吸濕排汗機能性布種表現出乾爽隔離的機能。 |
英文摘要 | The knitted fabrics manufactured by modified cross section filaments and micro fibers are studied into the ability of water transportation. The relationship of the total surface of the filaments in a yam and the yarn texturing situation between the ability of water diffusion and evaporation rate are also discussed. The results showed that the lager filament surface of the same denier yarns, the better the water transportation ability. The texturing process which changed the shape of the cross section of the filaments has significantly influences. The cost, handle, and material resources are important consideration in developing fabrics. The modified cross section or increased number of filaments are suitable for the inner layer of the functional fabrics to perform the dry, comfortable and isolating effect. |
