英文摘要 | We developed a surveying tram system to measure the solar irradiation under forest canopy to evaluate the seasonal dynamic of transmission rate in subtropical rain forest located at Fu Shan, northeastern Taiwan. The daily average of transmission rate of photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) was measured under canopy and in gap at different sky conditions. The percentages of PAR were fitted very well with each other using linear regression under different cloudy conditions. The results indicated the transmission rate measured with this tram system would not be restricted to the sky condition. The frequency of C.V.%, which based on 756 recorded data of daily average of transmission rate measured during 10:00 to 16:00, showed that the means of the gap and canopy were 20.1% and 19.3%, respectively, and the standard deviations of the gap and canopy were 10.9% and 11.5% respectively. The seasonal change of the transmission rate of PAR was conformed to the phenology of the forest community. The variances of light environment and seasonal dynamic of transmission rate in the gap were greater than those under the canopy. |
