中文摘要 | 目的:本篇研究針對6至13歲學童觀察使用Mydrin-P,0.5% Mydriacyl及1% Cyclogyl 三種不同的散瞳睫狀肌麻痺劑前後眼壓之變化, 及不同屈光狀態下散瞳前後眼壓 之變化。 方法:本研究收集學童200位,平均年齡8.6±3.2歲,屈光狀態由-5.0D到+ 6.75D。 依隨意方式分為三組, 第一組點 Mydrin-P 有69眼, 第二組點0.5% Mydriacyl 有67眼,第三組點1% Cyclogyl 有64眼。散瞳前及點藥30∼45分鐘後 ,測量兩次眼壓及屈光度數。 結果:Mydrin-p 組散瞳前後眼壓差0.16±2.64 mmHg; 0.5% Mydriacyl 組為 0.16±3.04 mmHg; 1% Cyclogyl 組為0.22±2.92 mmHg。散瞳前後眼壓 差,三組間無明顯統計差異(p=0.73)。三種眼藥的睫狀肌麻痺量分別為0.23± 0.47D,0.19±0.43D,0.19±0.47D,三組間無明顯統計上差異( P=0.56)。 散瞳後屈光度與散瞳前後眼壓差的相關性分析結果以回歸法分析後, Mydrin-P 組的回歸線為Y=-0.057X+0.092(X為睫狀肌麻痺後屈光當量, Y為散瞳前後眼壓差)(P=0.55); 0.5% Mydriacyl 組的回歸線為Y=0.0 27X+0.198(P=0.86);1% Cyclogyl 組的回歸線為Y=0.054X+ 0.297,均無明顯統計上相關(P=0.70)。年齡與散瞳前後眼壓差的回歸線為Y =-0.064X+0.736(X為年齡,Y為散瞳前後眼壓差)(P=0.29),無 明顯統計上之相關。睫狀肌麻痺量與散瞳前後眼壓變化之迴歸線為Y=-0.501X+0 .282(X為睫狀肌麻痺量,Y為散瞳前後眼壓差)(P=0.25),亦無明顯統計上 之相關。 結論:本研究發現六至十三歲學童群,點用眼科常用的三種散瞳劑後絕大部分學童的眼壓無 明顯變化或升高的現象。只有極少數學童眼壓呈有意義升高;此外散瞳前後的眼壓變化與年 齡及不同屈光當量亦無特別相關性。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate effects of three kinds of mydriatics on the intra-ocular pressure of primary school students. Method: 200 eyes of 200 primary school students, scheduled for mydriatic refraction check-up and fundus examination, were randomized into three groups: group 1 received Mydrin-P, group 2 took Mydriacyl 0.5%, and group 3 received Cyclogyl 1%. Intra-ocular pressure and refractive errors were measured before instillation of mydriatics and after full dilatation of pupil. Result: The results showed no significant difference on the intra-ocular pressure before and after mydriasis (P>0.05). The cycloplegic equivalent refraction or age and difference on intra-ocular pressure before and after mydriasis also showed no statistically significant difference. (P>0.05). Conclusion: Our results suggested that these three kinds of mydriatics could be safely used for mydriatic examination of primary school students without significant intra-ocular pressure change. |
