中文摘要 | 本研究之目的為合成二硝酸化乙二胺(Ethylene Diamine Dinitrate, EDDN)化合 物,製備其低共熔混合物,並將此低共熔混合物和部份RDX(重量百分比40%以下)混合製成 高能炸藥產品,進行熱分析以建立其基礎特性。首先,於EDDN製備中,以乙二胺(Ethylene Diamine, ED)加入純水與硝酸反應可得到90%產率之EDDN,此法在生產製造上是較佳之方法 。其次在低共熔混合物組成上,硝酸胺╱硝酸鉀(AN/KN)系列以重量百分比85:15組成較安定 ;EDDN/AN系列,均以重量百分比50:50組成可得到較低之共熔點。 |
英文摘要 | The eutectic mixtures based on Ethylene Diamine Dinitrate (EDDN), which was synthesized in this study, were formed. The yield of 90% of EDDN was produced by adding pure water and nitric acid with ethylene diamine. Some properties of the energetic explosives prepared by the above mentioned eutectic systems and RDX in various sizes were studied. The thermal properties were investigated by thermal analysis. The results have shown that these energetic explosives have much more stability as the ratio of Ammonium Nitrate (AN) to Potassium Nitrate (KN) is kept to 85 to 15 of weight percent. They also have lowest eutectic point as the ratio of EDDN to AN is kept to 50 to 50 weight percent. |
