| 中文摘要 | 本研究之目的為使用二硝酸化乙二胺(Ethylene Diamine Dinitrate, EDDN)化合 物,製備其低共熔混合物,並將此低共熔混合物和部份RDX(重量百分比40%以下)混合製成 高能炸藥產品,分別進行真空安定性試驗與測試其炸藥撞擊感度、摩擦敏感度、爆炸熱及燃 燒熱以建立其基礎特性。在RDX/EDDN/AN/KN(簡稱REAK)系列中,不同粒徑之RDX均可獲較 低之撞擊與摩擦敏感度,而不同成份之組成REAK系列中,以RDXEAK=40/60之重量百分比組成 ,其爆炸熱與組合B炸藥幾乎相等,但RDX含量卻較小,在生產成本上是有利之因素。 |
| 英文摘要 | The eutectic mixtures based on Ethylene Diamine Dinitrate (EDDN) were formed. Some properties of the energetic explosives prepared by the above mentioned eutectic systems and RDX in various sizes were studied. The properties of the eutectic mixtures were investigated by the vacuum stability test, falling impact test, friction sensitivity test, explosion heat measurement and combustion heat measurement. The results have shown that these energetic explosives have much better stability as the ratio of Ammonium Nitrate (AN) to Potassium Nitrate (KN) is kept as 85 to 15 by weight percent. They also have lowest eutectic point as the ratio of EDDN to AN is kept to 50 to 50 weight percent. The eutectic systems of RDX/EDDN/AN/KN(REAK) with different particle size of RDX all have lowest impact and friction sensitivity. The explosion heat and combustion heat of the REAK with the composition of RDX/EAK=40/60, are similar to those of the Composition B explosives. It was found that these energetic explosives could have the performance approaching that of Composition B but use less RDX. |
