中文摘要 | 本研究之目的為合成三硝酸化二乙基三胺(Diethylene Triamine Trinitrate, DETN)化合物,製備其低共熔混合物,並將此低共熔混合物和部份RDX(重量百分比40%以下)混合製成高能炸藥產品,分別進行熱分析、真空安定性試驗與測試其炸藥撞擊感度、摩擦敏感度以建立其基礎特性。首先,於DETN製備中,以二乙基三胺(Diethylene Triamine, DETA)加入純水與硝酸反應可得到69%產率之DETN,此法在生產製造上是較佳之方法。其次低共熔混合物組成上,硝酸胺╱硝酸鉀(AN/KN)系列以重量百分比85:15組成較安定;DETN/AK系列,均以重量百分比50:50組成可得到較低之共熔點。 |
英文摘要 | The eutectic mixtures based on Diethylene Triamine Trinitrate (DETN), which was synthesized in this study, were formed. The yield of 69% of DETN was produced by adding pure water and nitric acid with Diethylene Triamine (DETA). The properties were investigated by the thermal analysis, the vacuum stability test, falling impact test and friction sensitivity test. The results have shown that these energetic explosives have much more stability as the ratio of Ammonium Nitrate (AN) to Potassium Nitrate (KN) is kept as 85 to 15 by weight percent. They also have lowest eutectic point as the ratio of DETN to AK is kept to 50 to 50 weight percent. |
