中文摘要 | 自屏東地區蘭園罹患軟腐病之文心蘭分離軟腐病菌,經生理生化測試,所分離之 菌株均屬Erwinia chrysanthemi。且對馬鈴薯、洋蔥、茄子、紅蘿蔔及甘藍等五 種植物具致腐能力。田間發病率調查顯示,以八至十月發病率最高。致病溫濕度 測試顯示,在20℃以上即可引發本病發生。30℃下,相對溼度需高達RH97.5-100%, 才會引發軟腐病。致病濃度測試顯示,接種濃度在1O�壢fu/ml,即可發病。在 工具消毒實驗中,以3%雙氧水(H�烙�砥^處理1分鐘,可完全杜絕修剪工員傳 播。傷口癒合試驗中,穿刺製造之傷口,癒合時間需6小時,傷口形成6小時內 接種病原皆會發病。測試多種藥劑發現,lOOOppm林可黴素與125ppm鏈黴素對測 試之軟腐病菌菌株具明顯抑制效果。 |
英文摘要 | Soft rot bacterial pathogen was isolated from the infected oncidium in orchid garden in Ping-tung area. According physiological and biochemical test, the pathogen was identified as Erwinia chrysanthemi. Strains of this bacterial pathogen could induce soft rot not only on oncidium, but also on potato, eggplant, onion, carrot, cabbage and apple. This disease was surveyed from May 1997 to April 1998 at Ping-tung and showed that disease incidence and rainfall is positively correlated. The laboratory studies showed that the favorable temperature for soft rot development was 20-32℃. High relative humidity (97.5-100%) was necessary for the soft rot development. Inoculum density must be over 10�� colony forming unit(CFU) per ml to caused soft rot. The pathogen contaminated scissors which after immersed into 3% H�烙�盎olution for 1 minute, could not transmit the pathogen to oncidium. When the inoculation was made after the wound formed on oncidium, the pathogen could not infect the oncidium and caused the soft rot in the sensitivity test, the growth of Erwinia chrysanthemi was inhibited by lincomycin(1000 ppm) and reptomycin(125ppm) in vitro in paper disc method. |
