中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在探討不同光度及光期對文心蘭切花品種 Onc. 'Gower Ramsey' 及 盆花品種 Onc. 'Aloha Iwanaga' 之開花率與開花品質的影響,以做為提高開花品質及產期 調節之依據。以不遮光、50 %遮光網一層、50 %遮光網二層之設施於文心蘭花芽分化前進 行光度試驗。 試驗結果, 兩品種之最適光度為 50 %遮光網一層, 即設施中午 12:00 ∼ 13:00 之光度約 230 ∼ 420 μ mol m �� S �笐薑孜﹛A其花序品質表現最佳,包括花莖最 長、花莖分枝數及小花數最多。其開花率 Onc. 'Gower Ramsey' 為 83.3 %,Onc. 'Aloha Iwanaga' 為 100 %,在此最適光度下假球莖之全可溶性糖及澱粉含量也最高。光期試驗結 果顯示 Onc. 'Gower Ramsey' 品種在假球莖未抽花莖前,以長日 16 小時處理可達 100 % 抽花率,短日 10 小時處理則抽花率僅達 50 %。日長轉換,由短日移至長日光期處理花莖 出現率高,長日移至短日光期處理者花莖出現率低,但 Onc. 'Aloha Iwanaga' 品種之花莖 出現率與光期效應未如 Onc. 'Gower Ramsey' 之差異。 但花序品質之表現於花莖及小花發 育,在光期轉換為長日條件下,花莖較長、小花數也較多。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of light intensity and photoperiodism on bloom rate and flower quality of cut oncidium (Onc. 'Gower Ramsey') and potted oncidium (Onc. 'Aloha Iwanaga'). Consequently, the experimental results may be used for flower quality promotion and off-season production. No shading, one 50% shading net, and two 50% shading net were used for light intensity test under greenhouse before flower development of oncidium. Both oncidium presented the best inflorescence quality in one 50% shading net which offered 230-420 μ mol m �� S �笐� light intensity in midday. In this environment, flower stalk, branch of flower stalk and florets showed the longest or the most yield. Moreover, the bloom rate was 83.3% for Onc. 'Gower Ramsey' and 100% for Onc. 'Aloha Iwanaga' and soluble sugar and starch presented the highest content in pseudobulb of both oncidium variety. The long day length (16 hours) test resulted in 100% bloom rate on Onc. 'Gower Ramsey', nevertheless, short day length (10 hours) showed 50% bloom rate. The bloom rate was promoted as soon as day-length alternative of short day to long day effect, but the bloom rate was lower when long day treatment alternate to short day length treatment. However, Onc. 'Aloha Iwanaga' did response to photoperidism effect as well as Onc. 'Gower Ramsey'. Only inflorescence quality which contained flower stalk and floret development showed the better as it growed in long day length environment. |
