'Gower Ramsey',試驗不同生育期,不同部位除 葉處理及花莖剪除處理進行產期調節。試驗結果顯示,株齡愈小行除葉處理其開花愈低, 花序品質愈差。在假球莖成熟期除葉處理,不影響花芽形成率,只影響花序發育品質。除 葉處理試驗結果顯示,鞘葉是提供花序發育碳水化合物養分的主要部位,除去二片鞘葉造 成開花率低下、品質下降,除去上位葉則影響較少。文心蘭栽培時,鞘葉之生育攸關於切 花生產之量與質。花莖剪除再次抽新花莖試驗,在花莖長度5 cm時剪除,約有70%再抽出 二次花莖,花期延後1~2個月,在花莖長度10 cm時剪除,約有25%再抽出二次花莖,花期 延後3個月,但在15 cm時,則抽出二次花莖的機率為0,只能於子代形成之假球莖形成花 芽。 |
英文摘要 | THe defoliation and removal of flower stalk were conducted with Oncidium hybrid 1 Gower Ramsey' to test off-season production possibility. The defoliation on different development stages of plant itself and leaf position presented influence of flower initiation and inflorescence quality. The younger plants before unsheathing stage were defoliated resulting in less bloom and lower inflorescence quality. However, defoliation in pseudobulb stage had no effect on flower initiation but little influence on inflorescence quality. Flower inflorescence development may be sponsored through growth and development from sheath leaves. The defoliation of two sheath leaves which may act as major carbohydrate supplied resulted in less bloom and bad inflorescence quality. Nevertheless, the defoliation of two upper leaves had little effect. The growth and development of sheath leaves are related to quantity and quality of cut flower on oncidium culture. For the off-season production, removal of flower stalk was conducted and expected to 2nd flowering. The removal of flower stalk in 5cm length presented 70% 2nd flowering in 1-2 months later. The removal of flower stalk in 10cm length only showed 25% 2nd flowering in 3 months later. However. the removal of flower stalk in 15 cm had no chance to bloom again and would initiate flower in progeny pseudobulb of oncidium. |
