中文摘要 | 本研究為評估乙醯化對素材及透明塗裝木材耐光性之影響,試驗結果得知杉木與硬槭木經過乙醯化處理後,照光 24 天的色差值明顯小於未處理材,同時可減少木材明度留存率的下降;至於硝化纖維素與脂肪族聚胺基甲酸酯塗裝之乙醯化木材,照光後的顏色變化亦均較未處理塗裝材輕微,顯示乙醯化處理可抑制素材及透明塗裝材之光變色。此外,由紅外線光譜分析乙醯化木材照光後之化學結構變化,證實未處理與乙醯化杉木照光後,木質素同樣產生降解,另外,乙醯化杉木照光後,乙醯基的特性吸收滅少,產生去乙醯基反應。而由散反射光譜的分析結果,得知乙醯化處理可以減少木材光變色的原因,主要為減少木材光劣化後�u類等有色衍生物的形成。 |
英文摘要 | The lightfastness of acetylated wood with or without coating with clear finishes was evaluated. The color differences of acetylated wood, including China fir and hard maple, were less than the untreated wood after 24 days of irradiation. Meanwhile acetylation reduced the loss of brightness of wood during the photodegradation. The photodiscoloration of acetylated wood coated with NC lacquer or aliphatic polyurethane was less than untreated wood coated with the same finishes. It demonstrated that the lightfastness of uncoated wood and wood coated with clear finishes could be effectively improved by pretreatment with acetylation. In addition, according to the results of the infrared spectral analysis of untreated and acetylated wood after irradiation, the absorption intensities of lignin of both untreated and acetylated wood diminished. The decrement of the acetyl content of acetylated wood was also detected. It revealed that deacetylation occurred on the surface of acetylated wood during the irradiation. Results obtained from the diffuse reflectance UV-Vis spectral analysis, indicated that acetylation reduced the generation of colored derivatives suc as quinoid compounds and consequently inhibited the photodiscoloration of wood. |
