中文摘要 | 本研究以Si-Carb取樣技術配合散反射傅立葉轉換紅外線光譜儀(DRIFT)分析木 材、劣化木材及乙醯化木材的化學結構。試驗結果證實,Si-Carb取樣技術是一種簡易且迅 速的方法,配合DRIFT分析,不但可以得到解析良好的紅外線光譜,亦可監測光劣化木材之 表面化學結構變化,同時更可用來評估化學改良木材之反應及從事反應深度之剖析,甚至可應 用於大試樣或不容許切取之文化財表面化學結構的分析。 |
英文摘要 | This study analyzed the chemical structures of wood, degraded wood and acetylated wood by using diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform (DRIFT) spectroscopy with the Si-Carb sampling technique. The results revealed that the Si-Carb sampling technique was a rapid and convenient method for obtaining DRIFT spectrum with good resolution. It was proven to be able to readily monitor photodegradation on wood surfaces induced by light. And it could also be used to evaluate the extent of chemical modification of wood and to study the depth profile of reaction. Moreover, it is plausible that Si-Carb sampling technique can be appropriately applied to the chemical analysis of large wood specimens and wooden members of "cultural assets" which are difficult to grind or not allowed to be damaged. |
