英文摘要 | Since revamping of #1HSM and #2HSM start up, Rolled In Scale has been the main reject and customer-claim defect of the product. Especially for IF steel, Hi-silicon steel, pickle and oiled coil, electrical galvanizing usage coil, the reject percentage is higher. After one year's effort, test and improvement, this defect percentage have already descended to target value and keep in good level. The main improvement are as followings: (1) improve high pressure descaling system (2) change thd descaling practice (3) control the rolling temperature (4) improve the rolling schedule (5) reduce the red scale of Hi-silicon steel (6) reduce the dog tooth scale of pickle and oiled coil (7) clarify the similar defect, and reduce the misjudgement |
