中文摘要 | 鋼板工場軋延排程是影響生產績效品質的關鍵因素,由於板厚、板寬變化大,加上鋼種多、訂單的少量多樣,用於配料的扁鋼胚種類亦多,如何排出最佳排程乃成為現場軋機操作人員每日絞盡腦汁的重要任務。民國81年間曾經試開發人工智慧專家排程系統,但因當時電腦速度慢、缺乏合適之人機介面,無法節合現場作業需求而告終,此次重新發將編排規則條件予以模組化,使自動排程具備彈性空間,再加上視窗環境設計優良的人機介面,供操作人調整排程,除了免除生產計劃人工列印傳送工作單之繁瑣工作,達成無紙化目標,也縮短排程作業時間,有效提升作業時效,減輕操作人員之工作負擔。 |
英文摘要 | The rolling schedule of CSC plate mill is one of the key factors influencing the performances of productivity and quality. Since there are many items to be considered, such as slab dimension, plate dimension, steel grades and variety of orders in a small lot etc, arranging an optimum rolling schedule has been a daily challenge for mill operators. In 1992, CSC’s attempt to develop a rolling scheduling system failed due to the limited capability of computer and lack of suitable man-machine interface. A new rolling scheduling system is realize, and features module organization for scheduling rules and conditions. Through a user-friendly window based on man-machine interface, the rolling schedule can be easily adjusted at mill operator’s disposal. The labor consuming jobs done by both production planning operators and mill operators have been minimized since this system was first applied in June 2007. |
