中文摘要 | 本文首先針對No.1 HSM HAGC之油壓伺服控制系統進行系統動態特性之分析和劣化 診斷技術的建立,研究結果並將做為未來開發油壓自動厚度控制系統之設備線上監視診斷系 統的參考技術,並希望未來藉由對 HAGC 使用率及妥善率的提昇可以達成穩定生產高品質鋼 帶的目標。此外,本文所發展出的電腦模擬油壓伺服控制系統,亦配合第一熱軋工場在電控 設備更新期間以電腦模擬之結果提供及協助設備廠商進行 HAGC 響應速率提昇策略及調機之 參考,並從而建立中鋼自行研發伺服放大器控制電路之設計能力。 |
英文摘要 | The goal of this research is to analyze the dynamic characteristics and to develop the diagnosis technology for the equipment deterioration of No.1 HSM HAGC system. Moreover, the results will become the basic technology for the development of an on-line monitoring and diagnosis system for the servo valve driven system which can increase the reliability of HAGC system to produce high quality coils. The developed simulation system was used to assist and evaluate the strategy proposed by the equipment supplier who intended to improve the dynamic response of the HAGC servo system. Moreover, CSC has established our own ability to modify and design the control circuit for the servoamplifier of HAGC control system. |
