中文摘要 | 油壓伺服控制系統在鋼鐵廠除了是製程自動化中重要的一環外,對於產品品質更 常擔任起高精密控制的角色。伺服閥是油壓伺服控制系統的精密元件,由於機械元件的磨損 及老化,其動態性能會逐漸地劣化,並直接地影響產品品質精度的達成。今天,為更有效地 維護伺服閥的動態性能,在控制系統分析的軟、硬體的支援下,不僅期望能將油壓伺服系統 故障的因素予以診斷及修復,在藉由離線的動態特性測試建立閥的動態模型後,更可在電腦 模擬技術的輔助下將其線上的操作性能調整至最佳狀態。本文以第一熱軋鋼帶工場的自虹厚 度控制系統為例,將此一研究現況予以說明。 |
英文摘要 | The hydraulic servo control system is one of the important automation facilities in the steel making process, especially, it usually plays the roll of high accuracy control. Servo valve is the precise component of the hydraulic servo control system, it will turn the system performance worse while its dynamic characteristics become deteriorated and then the quality of product is no longer achieved. The introduction of the computer aided analysis and simulation techniques can help not only maintain the dynamic characteristics of the servo valve but also improve the performance of hydraulic servo control system. An applied example on CSC NO.1 HSM HAGC system is demonstrated to show the capability of this developed technique. |
