中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討體育正課對師院學生運動體能之影響情形,並藉以比較及分析男、 女生各年級間差異發生之原因。我們以國立花蓮師範學院 83 級男、女學生為對象,分析其 入學起至四年級每年定期之運動能力測驗資料。本研究結果顯示體有正課教學對學生娃能的 確有相當之影響,並驗證一般咸信體能具有性別上的差異。我們建議各校均應長期實施相同 之測驗,以充分了解學生體能狀況之變化,作為課程內容設計、調整及體能當模修訂之參考 依據。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to assess the influence of P.E. courses on physical fitness for the students at teacher's college and to compare and analyze the difference in physical conditions among both male and female students. The participants were the 1994-class 69 male and 78 female students who provided the longitudinal test data from freshman to senior years. This study shows that regular P.E. curriculum contributes positively to the physical fitness of students, and the gender difference in students' physical fitness does exist as commonly believed. It is suggested that all universities and colleges conduct similar tests on a long-term basis. These test results will lead to a better understanding of the student's physical fitness conditions. They may also serve as reference material in adjusting the curriculum content and in modifying the standards of physical fitness. |
