中文摘要 | 本研究中以液相凝膠程序成功的合成離子交聯的球狀幾丁聚醣-三聚磷酸螯合型樹 脂,並將其應用於水溶液中重金屬離子之吸附。幾丁聚醣樹脂小球之交聯特性可藉由液相凝 膠程序之改變而改良之; 在三聚磷酸溶液之 pH 值低於 6 以下時, 幾丁聚醣之凝膠機制屬 於離子交聯控制; 而在三聚磷酸溶液之 pH 值為 8.6 時 (大於 pH7),幾丁聚醣之凝膠機制 則是與 pH 值相關之凝膠機制。銅離子吸附於幾丁聚醣樹脂小球之反應機制為螯合反應而非 離子交換。 幾丁聚醣 - 三聚磷酸螯合型樹脂對溶液中銅離子之吸附效果,隨著銅離子溶液 pH 值之降低而減低。由銅離子吸附實驗數據及能量散布 (EDS) 分析顯示,吸附動力學模式 符合 Fickian 擴散動力學模式,而吸附等溫線則符合 Langmuir 模式。 |
英文摘要 | Spherical chitosan-tripolyphosphate (TPP) chelating resin are successfully synthesized by an in-liquid ionotropic crosslinking method, and then is employed to examine its uptaking ability for copper( Ⅱ ) ion. Crosslinking characteristics of the chitosan-TPP beads were improved by the modification of in-liquid curing mechanism of the beads in TPP solution. Chitosan gel beads curied in pH value lower than 6 was really ionic-crosslinking controlled, whereas, chitosan gel beads curied in pH 8.6 (higher than pH7) was pH-dependent coacervation. The parameters studied in copper( Ⅱ ) ion adsorption including pH values, swelling effect, and initial copper( Ⅱ ) ion concentrations. Adsorption equilibrium and kinetics of copper( Ⅱ ) ion on this chelating beads is also investigated to examine the correlations with the Langmuir isotherm model. |
