中文摘要 | 本研究尋求製備幾丁聚醣之最適反應條件,並利用幾丁聚醣( Chitosan )吸附 反應性染料及銅離子之特性,做為製備幾丁聚醣吸附活性之指標,以期獲得吸附活性最佳之 幾丁聚醣。 製備條件包括探討反應溫度 70、90、110 及 125 ℃氫氧化鈉濃度 20、30、40 及 50wt%、反應時間 20、40、60、120 及 180 分鐘對幾丁聚醣產物性質之影響。結果顯示 前述兩種測定方法之吸附活性具有一致性。研究結果發現製備最佳吸附活性幾丁聚醣條件為 50 wt% NaOH, 反應溫度 90 ℃和反應時間為 120 min, 本研究亦提供簡易有效檢測幾丁聚 醣吸附活性指標的方法,可作為利用蝦蟹外殼廢棄物資源生產幾丁聚醣之簡易快速的檢測方 法。 |
英文摘要 | The optimal conditions for the preparation of chitosan from chitin were correlated with its adsorption abilities for reactive dyes and Cu (Ⅱ ) ions from aqueous solutions. In this work, the conditions were optimized to give the highest adsorption ability. the different conditions which were tested in the preparation of chitosan included the reaction temperature (70,90,110,125 ℃ ), the concentration of sodium hydroxide (20,30,40,50 wt%), and the reaction time (20,40,60,120,180 min). It was found that the correlation was rather good. We were able to obtain and utilize chitosan in its most efficient state based on simple adsorption measurements. |
