中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在於提出一套評估國內各航空站路緣合理長度的服務水準指標。服 務水準應結合使用者滿意程度之定性描述配合交通擁擠程度之定量結果來界定才合理。本研 究首先調查臺南航站的路緣使用情形,利用現場拍照與問卷調查的比對分析,了解國內旅客 認知中對航站路緣擁擠狀況的滿意程度,提出一組服務水準指標。然後以此為依據再赴五座 國內線航空站與兩座國際線航空站進行評估及旅客滿意度調查,並將其現場資料由評估的角 度計算整理之,所得到的計算結果,分別與以國內外文獻僅根據車輛進出路緣之自由度所提 出的服務水準指標作一完整的比較。結果顯示本研究依據臺灣地區的旅客觀點所提出的服務 水準指標,確實比較有代表性,就作為臺灣地區航站路緣服務水準之評估與規劃之依據,相 對於其他文獻所提出的服務水準指標,本研究結果更為合理。 |
英文摘要 | The goal of this study is to establish a native criterion of service level for the reasonable curb length of the airports in Taiwan area. The criterion of service level should be established from both the quantitative measure of the level of crowdedness of the facility and the qualitative measure of the perception of the users. In this research, the situation of the curb of Tainan airport was investigated. By surveying the perception of passengers about curb length and the parking situation, a criterion was proposed based on the ratio of the required length to the supplied length of the curb. Together with the previous criteria, a comparison was made by evaluating the service levels of the curb of the seven airports throughout Taiwan. From the results, it is found the criterion of the service level of the curb length established in this research based on the perception of the native passengers is more reasonable compared to the other criteria. It is expected that this criterion can be reasonably used in planning and evaluation of the service level of curb of the airports in Taiwan. |
