中文摘要 | 清潔生產是探討如何從原料選擇、生產製程到產品使用後之廢棄,整個過程降 低對環境衝擊的一種技術,在國際間已成為產業生產之主要趨勢。本文敘述清潔生產之原 理及重要性,技職教育重視清潔生產的迫切性,闡述融入技職教育課程之方法,並以發展 幾丁聚醣之清潔生產製程為例,利用聯合國環境規劃署建議之清潔生產契機,分別在一、 預評估:進行製程單元化,清潔生產重點改善方案及實驗室試驗可行性等。二、質量平衡 :針對可行性製程進行質量平衡,並與傳統製程比較,獲得用藥量降低70%以上、用水量 可節省80%以上、廢水及廢液皆能減量70%以上之清潔生產製程。三。整合:探討廢棄物 再利用之技術、經濟和環境評估、程序合理化等。最後,藉由幾丁聚醣為多用途、經濟價 值高和高污染之產業,經清潔生產技術開發,可大幅降低對環境之影響,呼籲技職教育重 視清潔生產理念,促使產業在經濟成長之同時兼顧環境保護,建立技職教育之特色。 |
英文摘要 | Cleaner production is a technique investigating how to reduce the impact on the environment from the overall production process from raw material selection, process design, and waste treatment. It is increasingly accepted all over the world in every industrial process. In this paper, the principles and significance of cleaner production are described. In addition, the importance of such concepts in technological education are emphasized. The development of chitosan production from seafood wastes was exemplified: (1)pre-evaluation: unification of process and laboratory-scale test,(2)mass balance: reduction of comsumption of raw materials, process utilities, and wastes. and (3)integration: compensation of economic benefit and environmental damage. The introdution of cleaner production concepts for chitosan reduced chemical consumption 70%, water requirements 80%, and waste production 70%. This work shows that such concepts in industrial processes. especially in high-tech- nolo-v industries, should be emphasized. |
