英文摘要 | The foot pressure in some daily actives may higher than normal walking, which may cause foot injury. Especially, for suffer existing foot disorders or pains. The purpose of this study is to establish a turning model for normal foot to realize the foot injury mechanism in daily turning motion. The study implemented the EMED-SF pressure measurement platform to measure the foot pressure at different turning motion. In normal standing had a highest foot pressure at heal while in walking the pressure was higher in second metatarsal head, in running it shift to hallux. The pressures were varied for different turning pattern. For instance, the highest pressure occurred at other metatarsal areas in 90 degree sharp turning. But higher pressure was presented at first metatarsal head for opposite motion. For both 45 degree turning the pressure was highest at hallux, but the runner-up at 45° right turn was at other metatarsal heads unlike the left turn that happened at first metatarsal area, nevertheless, the highest pressure occurred in turning activities were either at hallux or metatarsal areas. |
