中文摘要 | 從文獻中得知正常人足底壓力的建立、病態足底壓力的分析以及鞋墊效益的探討 均已有許多研究,然步行速度對足底壓力的影響卻未有文獻探討,因此本實驗之目的為研究 不同步行速度對足底壓力之影響。受試者包括五位男性,平均年齡為25.0±1.9歲、平均身 高為171.4±2.5cm、平均體重為68.4±3.8kg。使用EMED-PEDAR足底壓力量測系統,在 Trackmaster TM500型跑步機上測試四種不同步行速度(正常步行速度1.3m.s□、最快步行 速度2.0m.s□、慢跑速度2.0m.s□及正常跑步速度4.0m.s□)對足底壓力之影響。實驗結 果顯示速度因素對最大足底壓力為有意義的影響(P<0.05),也就是說當步行速度增加時,會 造成較高的最大足底壓力。當正常步行速度時,後足區(15.5±5.2N.cm□)及第二蹠骨區(15.4 ±4.1N.cm□)具有相似之最大足底壓力;當最快步行速度時,後足區(27.9±8.7N.cm□) 具有最大之足底壓力;而當慢跑及正常跑步速度時,均以第一蹠骨區(慢跑33.9±5.2N.cm □,正常跑步39.2±7.2N.cm□)及姆趾區(慢跑35.3±7.7N.cm□,正常跑步40.8±9.4N.cm □)具有最大足底壓力。本實驗結果顯示較快的步行速度會產生較大的足底壓力,而不同步 行速度時,足部最大足底壓力區域亦不相同。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of walking speed on plantar foot pressure in treadmill walking. Five normal young adults were recruited in the experiments(age = 25.0±1.9 years, height = 171.4±2.5 cm, weight = 68.4 ±3.8 kg). Novel EMED-PEDAR foot pressure system and Trackmaster TM500 treadmill were used. The maximal peak pressure(MPP) was recorded on a motorized treadmill for four walking speeds: normal walking(1.3 m.s□),fast walking(2.0 m.s□),slow running (2.0 m.s□),and normal running(4.0 m.s□).The results showed that walking speed did influence plantar foot pressure. The MPP occurred at second metatarsal head(15.5 ±5.2N.cm□)and hindfoot(15.4±4.1N.cm□)during normal walking speed at hindfoot (27.9±8.7N.cm□) during fast walking speed, at first metatarsal head(33.9±5.2N.cm □)and hallux (35.3±7.7N.cm□)during slow running speed, at first metatarsal head (39.2±7.2N.cm□) and hallux(40.8±9.4N.cm□)during normal running speed. It was concluded that the plantar foot pressure increased as the walking speed increased, MPP of the various walking speed occurred at different foot regions. |
