| 英文摘要 | Walking is an easy and popular exercise. But foot will bear too much and fatigue after human body walking for a long time. So analyzing foot pressure when we are walking is necessary. In this study, six health undergraduates without serious lower extremity injuries served as subjects (24.0±2.3 years, 172.3±2.3cm, 66.8±2.9kg). Foot was divided into external hind-foot (EHF), internal hind-foot (IHF), external mid-foot (EMF), internal mid-foot (IMF), first metatarsal (FM), other metatarsal (OM), great toe (GT) and other toes (OT) areas. EMED-Pedar Foot Pressure Measuring System was used to collect maximum force (MF), peak plantar pressure (PPP), pressure-time integral (PTI) and force-time integral (FTI) parameters when each subjects walked in five velocity (70, 90, 110, 130 and 150m/min). In each foot area, one-way ANOVA formula in SPSS 8.0 statistic software was used to compare each parameter in different walking velocity. Result were as follows: Unless EMF, OM and OT, MF were different significantly (P<.05) in different walking velocity and bigger by the increasing of velocity in the whole foot, EHF, IHF, IMF and GT. In FM, MF was lesser by the increasing of velocity. Besides EMF, FM and OT, PPP were different significantly (P<.05) in different walking velocity and bigger by the increasing of velocity in other foot areas. PTI were different significantly (P<.05) in different walking velocity and lesser by the increasing of velocity in EMF, FM and OM. Having the same results with PTI, FTI were different significantly (P<.05) in different walking velocity and lesser by the increasing of velocity in EMF, FM and OM. |
