中文摘要 | 探討嘉義三柿品種之花粉親之體外發芽特性,及人工授粉對果實品質之影響,初 步結果如下: 花粉處理 4 小時後,以 25 ℃發芽率最高, pH 5 至 7 發芽率為 45% 以上,pH 5 時發芽 率為佳可達 81%。品種間以‘豆柿’優於‘貢生’柿及‘早生牛心’柿。 洋菜濃度 3 g /1 時花粉發芽率達 80%,洋菜濃度再增高時發芽率逐漸降低。不同糖類與不 同濃度對花粉萌芽之觀察, 以蔗糖( sucrose )、 果糖( fructose )、 葡萄糖( glucose )以 10 g/1 時可得最佳發芽,蔗糖發芽率為 70%; 果糖 15 至 25%; 葡萄糖為 40 至 65%。 人工授粉後之果實,無論果粒重及糖度均較自然授粉者為佳,果實平均重以‘早生牛心’柿 優於‘貢生’柿及‘豆柿’。 |
英文摘要 | Three different male persimmon cultivars (Diospyros kaki cvs. "Neau', 'Gonq-Sheng', and 'Tzao-Sheng-Niou-Shin') in Chiayi county were selected for comparison of both in vitro pollen germination and fruit quality after artificial cross pollination in order to improve the current girdling practice used by local fruit growers. The preliminary results of in vitro pollen germination are as follows: The optimal temperature for pollen germination after a 4 h culture was 25℃. Cultivar 'Neau' was superior to both 'Gonq-Sheng'and 'Tzao-Sheng-Niou-Shin'. The optimal pH level for pollen germination (81%) was 5. More than 45% of the pollen germinated at a pH 5 to 7 but none at a pH below 5. Cultivar 'Neou' showeda higher germination rate than the other two cultivars. There was an 80% pollen germination rate at 3 g/l media agar (Difco) concentration. The germination rate declined with increased agar concentration. The pollen germination rate with respect to a 10% optimal carbon source was 70% for sucrose, 15 to 25% for fructose and 40 to 65% for glucose. |
