英文摘要 | This paper explored the shortcomings of thes existing-housing contract warranties and proposed lots of improvements. This concept of the existing- housing contract warranties was similar to the escrow introducesd from the American. The neutral third party and escrow accounts is the characteristics of the escrow. The escrow often operated with the title insurance. In fact, the existing-housing contract warranties only guaranteed "the amounts paid by buyer", not involved in defects of product and title. Therefore, to reduce the risk using warranties will be limited. f Visual Perception, Colarmso and Hammill Motor-Free Visual Perception, Bender Visual Motor Gestalt Test, Developmental Test of Visual Motor Integration, and Purdue Perceptual Motor Survey. Finally, a list of some common instructional activities as well as teaching principles and notes were provided to special education teachers for reference. |
