中文摘要 | 聚乙稀瓶經不同劑量(0,5,10,15,20&25KGy)之伽瑪射線照射後所釋出揮發性成分 經上部空隙自動取樣裝置結合氣相層析質譜儀 (HS/GC/MS) 進行分離、 鑑定, 結果發現約 85 種化合物包括 59 種烷類、7 種烯類、3 種酮類、 9 種酸類、1 種酯類、2 種酣類及 1 種苯類;而未經照射之聚乙烯瓶所釋出之揮發性成分約 47 種,包括 34 種烷類、6 種烯類 、2 種酮類、1 種醛類、2 種酸類、1 種酯類及 1 種酚類。 比較熱處理與伽瑪射線照射對 聚乙烯瓶釋出揮發性成分之程度,結果得知 90 ℃加熱 1 小時相當於 15KGy 之照射劑量, 其釋出量在烷類、 烯類、 酮類、醇類、酸類、酯類、酚類及苯類分別為 1377,191,8, 104 ,283,40,50 及 62ppm,而 90 ℃加熱 2 小時之釋出情形相當 25KGy 之照射劑量,而此揮 發性成分釋出大致受到熱脫附、 熱裂解、 氧化降解等反應所影響。 |
英文摘要 | Volatile compounds diffused from polyethylene (PE) bottle during gamma irradiation were analyzed by gas chromatography equipped with headspace autosampling system and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS). For comparison purposes, un-treated and heat treated samples were also studies. PE bottles were irradiated at 5,10,15,20 and 25KGy. Results showed that 85 volatile compounds, including 59 alkanes, 7 alkenes, 3 ketones, 3 alcohol & aldehydes, 9 acids, 1 ester, 2 phenols and 1 benzene, diffused from PE bottles during gamma irradiation and heattreatment. Furthermore the amounts of all volatile compounds released from the bottle increase proportionally with increasing irradiation dose and heating time. There were 47 volatile compounds identified by GC-MS in un-treated PE bottle, including 34 alkanes, 6 alkenes, 2 ketones, 1 hour aldehydes, 2 acids, 1 ester and 1 phenol. The profiles of volatile compounds released from PE bottles due to gamma irradiation and heat treatment were similar. The contents of volatile compounds diffused from PE bottle after heating at 90 ℃ for I were 1377, 191, 8, 104, 283, 40, 50 and 62 ppm for alkane, alkene, ketone, alcohol, acid, ester, phenol and benzene, respectively, similar to that was found in the PE bottle after gamma irradiation with 15 KGy. The total amount of volatilecompounds diffused from PE bottle after heating at 90 ℃ for 2 hours was similar to that of the gamma irradiated bottle treated with 25 KGy. |
