中文摘要 | 本文以文獻分析法,探究近代中國教育家陶行知的教育思想與實踐,俾能提供當 前教育有所參考。首先,探討陶行知生平與教育事業;其次,闡述陶氏教育思想之理論基礎 ;復次,探究陶氏重要教育之思想與實踐;最後,從陶氏教育思想中,獲致下列幾點啟示: 一、關於教育行政與政策訂定之原則,要符合國情,民主化、科學化、現代化; 二、關於教育內容應以生活為中心,教育方法則應強調行知並重、智德兼修、科學試驗、自 動學習、師生和諧關係; 三、強調活著就要學習,推行終生教育,使學校社會化,社會學校化;幼稚教育更要革除外 國病、花錢病、富貴病等三大弊病,亦是當今教育應所警惕的; 四、重視多元文化教育、女子教育、特殊才能教育等之推展,以實現「教育為公」之理想; 五、提醒師資培育學校,要重視社會服務問題;關注師範生「教學做」問題,提出「我們的 信條」,可作為擬訂教師專業自律公約之參考。 |
英文摘要 | This article is to explore modern Chinese educator Tao Heng-Chih's thought and practice by literature analysis for the reference of current education. First, we would like to discuss Tao Heng-Chi9h's usual life and educational career; Second, to depict theory basis of Tao's educational thought, then, to make approach on Tao's important educational idea and practice; finally, from Tao's educational thought, to get the following insight and enlightment: 1. Regarding the principal of educational administration and stipulation of policy, it must comply with national environment, democratization, scientification and modemization; 2. As to the content of education, it should be centered at life, while the educational method should focus on balance between behavior and knowledge, cultivation of intellectuality and moral, scientific experiment, automatic study and the harmonious relationship betwen teachers and students; 3. To emphasize that to live is to learn, the lifelong education should be promoted, and that make school socialized and society schoolized; knidergarted education should even more get rid of disease of workshipping foreign countries, spending money and wasting money for too much enjoyment, these three large defects, and which should also be warned by current education circle. 4. The promotion of multi-cultural education, education for girls, education on special talent and skills should be emphasized in order to realize the ideal of 'Education for Equity'. 5. To remind the teachers cultivation school to emphasize social service problem; to concern teacher preparation on the problem of 'The Unity in Teaching, Learning and Reflective Acting', and to present 'Our Belief' to be the reference for stipulating public agreement for professional teachers. |
