中文摘要 | 陶行知 (1891-1946) 是一位中國近代教育改革家,也是一位教育思想家;一生獻身教育事業之實踐,並批判舊師範教育之缺失,而致力於師範教育之改革,確實是一位不平凡的師範教育家。本研究旨在探討陶氏對於師範教育理論與實際的主張,作有系統的整理,同時作綜合性的詮釋與批判,期能彰顯陶氏師範教育思想之真義,俾對當前師範教育的實施,有所啟示。其可資借鏡之處如下: 一、借鏡「建設中國師範教育歷程」觀念,以建立符合國情的師範教育; 二、運用「生活課程」觀點,以強化師範資培育課程彈性之發展; 三、汲取「改造社會的精神」菁華,以提振師範教育之社會責任; 四、應用「教學做合一」理念,以促使師範教育理論與實際之結合; 五、運用「藝友制」,「中心學校」等觀念,以改善師資培育之實習; 六、學習「曉莊學校」境教持點,以發揮師資培育潛在課程之作用; 七、注重教師角色轉化,以維護教師權益及專業之成長。 |
英文摘要 | Tao Heng-Chih (1891-1946) is an outstanding teacher, educational thinker and reformer in the modern China. Education in his ideas is mainly concerned with practice, students should not only "learn" but also "do" in life. He emphasizes the aspect of "doing". Therefore he claims that in the activity of teacher education, teacher-educators should try to give students a "life education" with the aim of showing which are those important in life. In his ideas, teacher is also a learner, he should learn with students side by side. Moreover, teacher is not in a position to force students to learn, and he should be democratic in the class. According to the author of this essay, Tao has been heavily influenced by American theorists Dewey , Kilpatrick and Monroe. |
