中文摘要 | 多胺類(Polyamines)是生物體內重要的生長調節劑,與土壤腐植酸中之類似荷爾 蒙特性有密切關聯。土壤腐值酸是由動、植物殘體經化學和生物性降解後,並與微生物代謝 產物聚合而成。 土壤有機質之腐植化作用 (Humification) 的時間及其所虛的環境 (pH 值 ) 對土壤中來自動、植物休或由土壤微生物所分泌之多胺類是否可轉化成為腐植酸的一部分 影響很大。 本研究在由多胺類與腐植酸反應系統之螢光強度變化顯示,多胺類在較低的 pH 值下 (pH<7),非常容易與腐植酸形成芳香性構造,尤其是亞精胺與精胺。 另由多胺類與腐 植酸在辛醇有機相及水相中的分配係數 (Octanol/waterp partition coefficient; Ko/w) 結果顯示, 在較低的 pH 值下 (pH5-7),多胺類亦易與腐植酸之親水基 ( 如駿酸基 ) 結合。因此,在自然環境下 (pH4-8),來自動、植物體或由土壤微生物所分泌的多胺類成 分,在有機質的腐植化過程中,非常容易與腐植質結合而成為腐值質的一部份。是以,腐植 酸的生物活性,除了受腐檀酸本身的構造特性影響外,其內之多胺類成分亦是一重要因子, 這也是有關於腐植酸類似荷爾蒙特性之研究首次有直接証據來顯示此特性。 |
英文摘要 | Polyamines are essential growth regulator in organisms. They exhibit close relations on the the hormone-like characteristic of humic acid. Organic residues can be transformed into humic acid by humification. However, the period of humification and soil pH have great effect on transformation process between humic acid and polyamines in soil which released from creature and plant residue or excreted by microorganism. The results of fluorescence intensity variation of polyamines and humic acid reaction system indicated that polyamines and humic acid were easy to form aromatic structure under lower pH condition (pH<7), spermidine and spermine especially. The octanol/water partition coefficient (Ko/w) of the reaction system also showed that polyamines combined more easier with hydrophilic fractions of humic acid (e.g. carboxyl group) at low pH condition (pH 5-7). The results implicated that polyamines which came from the decayed plant and creature residues or soil microorganism excreta converted to humic substances effortlessly by way of humificatiom processes. In addition, polyamine components in humic acid are another causal agents that can explain the biological activity of humic acid besides its structure characteristics. The direct evidences of polyamines which exist in humic acid also revealed foremost the hormone-like characteristics of humic acid. |
