英文摘要 | Disperse dyes were formulated in microemulsion-based inks to provide long life-term of printhead , high waterfastness, and good line definition without threading for the fabrics, which were printed with DTD 1250S.The inks of the invention comprise disperse dyes, surfactants, co-surfactants, co-solvent and other additives to form the isotropic thermodynamically stable "solutions". Average particle size of dyes were measured to assess the dispersibility and the storage stability of microemulsions. The evaluation of the colored products were made in terms of bleeding, K/S values, dyeing level, ejection stability and waterfastness. It was concluded that the success of microemulsified inks was achieved with storage stability, no less than 40dyne/cm of surface tension and compatibility with ink cartridges. |
