中文摘要 | 熱氣泡式噴墨頭基於低成本、廣用性與成熟技術成為時下開發紡織品用或其他工業應用噴墨印花技術上最具研發經濟效益之噴墨頭代表。一般非水溶性染顏料使用在噴印機上,必須具備該色料之超微粒化技術才能製成穩定性佳的噴墨墨水。本文以全球纖維產量大宗-聚酯纖維-所應用之分散性染科為探討噴墨墨水製備與噴印品質之主題,利用染料微乳化配方製作技術賦予分散性染料墨水為均一及熱動力學穩定系統,所配製成的噴墨墨水具有良好的噴印品質:耐水洗、耐日光與耐乾濕摩擦牢度皆大於4級、寬色域組合共7色、可連續噴印8小時,得到12個月儲藏安定之染料粒種變異小於 5%,其特性優於國外市售產品。 |
英文摘要 | With the superiority in low cost, wide applicability and mature manufacturing technique, the thermal bubble ink jet printhead is most economically preferred in the current application of textile or other industrial ink jet printing. The water-insoluble dyes and pigments must be formulated by micro particle reduction technology to form stable ink jet inks. The ink investigated in this article was focused on disperse dyes that were mainly applied in the polyester fiber and the microemulsion technology to render an uniform and thermally dynamically stable ink system for the thermal bubble ink jet printhead. The formulated inks in the applied printhead provided good printing quality, eg., good water-fastness, ligh-fastness, dry and wet friction-fastness ( above grade 4 ), wide color gamut ( 7 colors ), continuously printing for 8 hours, and less dye particle size variation ( <5% ), which were superior to selling inks in the market. |
