中文摘要 | 水性PU接著劑之合成可由聚酯多元醇及異氰酸鹽先進行聚加成反應,形成預聚合物,再以二醇類鏈延長,最後再以磺酸鹽二胺作為鏈延長劑兼內乳化劑,再轉水形成水性PU乳液。本系列水性PU乳液固成份在45~50%之間,粒徑大小為300~600nm,乳液黏度在1000cps以下,初期力在3kg/cm以上,黏性維持時間在1~3分鐘及活性溫度在70℃以下。本項水性PU產品適合用於紡織用、皮鞋用接著劑。 |
英文摘要 | Aqueous polyurethanes using for adhesive were synthesized from the polyaddition of polyester polyols with diisocyanate. The obtained polyurethane prepolymers were extended with alkane diols, followed by reacted with sulfonated diamine served as internal emulsifier and chain extender. Finally, the high molecular weight polymers were dispersed with distilled water to afford polyurethane dispersion with particle size between 200 ~ 700nm and viscosity below 1000cps. The waterborne polyurethane show initial green strength above 3kg/cm,tack time between 1 ~ 3minutes, and activating temperature below 70℃.The aqueous polyurethanes were widely used in textile and shoe adhesive. |
