中文摘要 | 本試驗目的在評估飼糧中有機鉻的添加,對於初產母豬繁殖性能和仔豬 育成的改善效果。使用30頭懷孕新母豬,逢機分配於下列三個試驗處理組,飼糧 原料以玉米、大豆粕為主。第一組為未添加有機鉻之基礎飼糧作為對照組,第二 組為對照組添加200 ppb的有機鉻,第三組則為對照組添加400 ppb的有機鉻。懷 孕期母豬餵飼2.5kg/日,泌乳期母豬採任食,飲水充分供應。試驗結果顯示,初 產母豬泌乳期之飼糧採食量,各處理組間並無顯著差異(P>0.05)。母豬懷孕期 和泌乳期飼料中添加有機鉻,未能改善泌乳期母豬失重(P>0.05),但添加200 ppb 的有機鉻造成較多的背脂損失(P<0.05)。本試驗有關出生時的窩活仔豬頭數和 出生時活仔豬平均體重,以及離乳時的仔豬平均體重,在統計分析上雖無顯著的 差異(P>0.05),但添加200ppb有機鉻處理組,其離乳時窩仔豬頭數和窩增重, 以及仔豬育成率比對照組分別增加0.63頭和4.97kg以及5.28%。分娩時,添加400 ppb有機鉻的處理組比對照組的初產母豬,有較高的血清免疫球蛋白IgG濃度(P <0.05),且到28天離乳時,仍維持較高趨勢(P<0.08)。初乳中IgG濃度亦以 添加400 ppb有機鉻的處理組比未添加有機鉻的對照組有較高之趨勢(P<0.07)。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of Cr as chromium picolinate on reproductive performance in primiparous sows. A total of thirty crossbred gilts wre assigned randomly to one of three dietary treatments:(1)control, fed a standard corn-soybean meal diet with 0 ppb Cr, (2)same as dietary treatment 1 but with 200 ppb Cr, and (3)same as dietary treatment 1 but with 400 ppb Cr. The gilts were offered the experimental diets after breeding. The addition of Cr did not affect lactation weight changes (P>0.05), but the supplementation of 200 ppb of Cr reduced backfat thickness (P<0.05). There were no significant differences between dietary treatment in total number or weight of piglets alive at birth or weaning (P>0.05). However, the diet supplemented with 200 ppb of Cr tended to increase 0.63 more piglets and 4.97 kg more of litter weight at weaning and 5.28% better chance of survival to weaning. Furthermore, the diet supplemented with 400 ppb of CR increased serum immunoglobulin G (P<0.05) and whey immunoglobulin G (P<0.07) in primiparous sows at farrowing. |
