中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在評估於懷孕期及哺乳期飼糧中添加鉻對母豬繁殖性能及仔豬生長 的效果。試驗採用LY雜交新母豬共計54頭,依其發情順序逢機分成3組,並於配種後分別 餵飼含鉻0, 200, 400 ppb之飼糧,以至於哺乳離乳。測定母豬於懷孕期及哺乳期體重變化, 母豬離乳至再發情之間距,仔豬於哺乳期增重及其育成率。試驗結果顯示,於懷孕期及哺乳 期飼糧中添加400 ppb之鉻,顯著地(p<0.05)增加初產母豬懷孕期體增重;而飼糧添加200 ppb 鉻,顯著地(P<0.05)縮短經產母豬之離乳至再發情之間距。母豬飼糧中添加鉻與否,對母豬 於哺乳期之背脂厚度損失量及哺乳期仔豬之增重及存活率,未有顯著的影響。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of dietary supplementation of Chromium picolinate (Cr-pic) to gestation and lactation sows on the reproductive performance and the growth of their piglets. A total of 54 Landrace X Yorkshire crossbred guts were randomly assigned to 3 groups, which were provided with diets containing 0, 200, 400 ppb chromium during gestation and lactation periods, respectively. The change of gestating and lactating body weight and backfat thickness, interval postweaning to service of sows and the growth and survival rate of piglets were used as criteria for evaluating the efficacy of applying chromium on reproducing sow. Result indicated that the supplementation of 400 ppb chromium could increase (PK 0.05) the gestation body weight gain of primiparous sows and reduce (P< 0.05) the interval between weaning and service of multiparous sows. There was no chromium supplementation effect on the growth and survival rate of piglets. |
