中文摘要 | 本文針對不同含水量之汽油乳化燃料,在不同引擎操作參數下,運用於四行程火 花點燃式噴油引擎之可行性作整體評估。首先量測乳化燃料在低壓噴射下之噴霧特性,並對 其液滴性質作學理上的分析,作為決定噴嘴噴射參數的部分依據。設計加裝一組噴射系統於 單缸化油器引擎進氣道處,以建立乳化燃料噴油引擎實驗本體,實驗量測範圍有引擎之燃燒 特性、燃料消耗率與廢氣排放量等;並自行建立積污生成模擬裝置以分析乳化燃料之引擎積 污生成趨勢。本實驗結果得知:在各引擎操作參數配合下,當進氣溫度達80℃時,含水量 5~10%之乳化燃料有較佳的引擎燃燒特性,燃料消耗率與整體廢氣排放量均有改善的事實。 在部分實車測試過程中,含水量10%以上乳化燃料對整體性能改善則較不明顯。當含水量 低於10%時,水噴霧液滴可能引起的引擎本體與積污問題將獲得改善。 |
英文摘要 | The effects of spray characteristics on the performance of a port-injected four-stroke S.I. engine driven by water to gasoline emusified fuels were investigated. This paper describes the experimental results of injection characteristics with gasoline and emusified fuels. The proper location of the injector was determined after a review of related literature. The injection system was set up and equipped on the four-stroke S.I. engine. Factors examined include: combustion characteristics, fuel consumption, and exhaust emissions. A laboratory-scale deposit simulator was developed to investigate the deposit formation tendency of the emusified fuels. The experimental results showed that the CO and NOx concentrations decreased remarkably with increasing water content. When the intake air temperature reached 80℃, a 5~10% optimum water content, with regard to engine performance and exhaust emissions, was obtained. However, deposits did not impair engine performance and driveability when the water emulsion was less than 10%. |
