中文摘要 | 石化柴油中可以添加任意比例的生質柴油以作為柴油引擎的燃料,於柴油中添加生質柴油有助於降低空氣污染物質的排放量,但也會降低引擎之性能表現。本研究利用反應曲面法分析柴油引擎之性能及其空氣污染物排放量,使用生質柴油摻混比例、引擎轉速及油門開度作為控制因子;並選擇一氧化碳、二氧化碳、氮氧化物等空氣污染物的濃度、柴油質量流率以及引擎輸出馬力作為其反應變數,其中,生質柴油摻混比例為0,10,20,30以及40%。試驗設計方法則使用中央合成設計,相關試驗結果利用統計迴歸方法建立引擎操作條件、引擎性能及空氣污染物之排放濃度等迴歸模式,以進行生質柴油之最適摻配比例之反應曲面分析。本研究之最適化分析結果顯示生質柴油之摻混比例介於9.81-10.59%時,可維持良好之動力輸出亦可有效降低空氣污染物之排放濃度,於此摻混比例下,可降低一氧化碳、二氧化碳及氮氧化物之空氣污染物排放濃度分別為1.3、10.1、30.6%。 |
英文摘要 | Biodiesel could be blended with diesel in any ratio, and the air pollutant emissions decreased with biodiesel content in fuels, but biodiesel blend fuel reduced the diesel engine power output. In this study, response surface method (RSM) was used to study engine performance and exhaust pollutant emissions of diesel engine using biodiesel blended fuels. The factors of this study were biodiesel blend ratio, engine speed and throttle position, and the concentrations of CO, CO2, NOX, fuel consumption and horse power were chosen as the responses. Blend fuels containing 10, 20, 30, and 40% by volume of soybean biodiesel were used. Statistical optimization methodology was used to investigate the mutual interaction among the operation conditions of diesel engine, exhaust emissions and engine performance. In this study, the RSM optimization analysis indicated that the most suitable biodiesel blended ratio was found in the range of 9.81-10.59 % with considerable reductions of exhaust pollutant emissions of CO (-1.3 %), CO2 (-10.1 %) and NOX (-30.6 %) when compared to pure gasoline fuel. |
