中文摘要 | 本實驗使用二種不同凝固浴及溫度的濕式紡絲法紡製水溶性聚乙烯醇纖維,從實驗結果可看出:完全鹼化之聚乙烯醇纖維的水溶解性較部份鹼化者為差,主要是因為部份鹼化其分子鏈含有較多體積龐大的CH3COO基團,且相對的氫鍵強力較完全鹼化者弱,致使其分子鏈間之空隙較大,而導致其較容易溶解。各型聚乙烯醇纖維之伸度均在61~ 65 %之間,且若就同一分子量而言,不論以DMSO或硫酸納為凝固浴,其所紡得部份鹼化之聚乙烯醇纖維的強度均較完全鹼化者為低,且就同一鹼化度觀之,其強度看隨分子量之增加而增大的現象。當凝固浴組成為DMSO及甲醇時,所紡得之聚乙烯醇纖維的斷面呈現正圓形。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, poly(vinyl alcohol) fibers were spun by two different wet spinning processes. From the results of experiment, we found that the poly(vinyl alcohol) fibers with partial basification were easier to be dissolved in the water than that of fully basification. This excellent water-soluble property can be attributed to the amount of hydro-bonding. All of the poly(vinyl alcohol) fibers exhibited the elongation at 61 ~ 65 % . To same molecular weight, the poly(vinyl alcohol) fibers with partial basification showed the lower tenacity than that of fully basification. Also, to same basification, the tenacity were increased with the increasing of molecular weight. In addition, the circular cross-section of poly(vinyl alcohol) fibers that were spun with DMSO/methanol coagulation bath were observed from the results of SEM(scanning electrical microscopy). |
