中文摘要 | 本實驗調配了各種不同的混合重量比(完全鹼化與部份鹼化)之聚乙烯醇高分子溶液,將其紡成絲並測其對水及各種有機溶劑的溶解性、熱性和機械性質。從實驗結果得知:各型聚乙烯醇纖維均可溶解於強極性之有機溶劑與較高溫度之熱水中且均不溶於醇類、酮類及芳香族溶劑之中,而皂化愈高,愈不容易溶解於水中。各型聚乙烯醇纖維之熔點及機械強度均有隨著BF(完全鹼化之聚乙烯醇)含量之增加,而向高溫移動的傾向。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, different weight ratios of BP/BF Poly(vinyl alcohol) solution were spun by wet spinning. The physical properties of these filaments were characterized by various techniques, including soluble properties in different temperature water and organic solvent, thermal and mechanical properties. From the results, it was found that all types of PYA fibers could be soluble in DMF, DMAc, DMSO and NMP, and insoluble in alcohol, ketone and aromatic solvent. The melt temperature and tenacity were increased with increasing the weight ratio of BF. |
