中文摘要 | 畜牧場蠅類在畜舍內漫天飛舞,來往於糞便與飼料之間,潛在攜帶病原的危機, 影響飼育動物之健康,同時防治不當飛離牧場,侵入社區、住家更造成環保及病媒等社區問 題,影響更鉅。本研究擬引進日本群馬縣畜牧場滅蠅繩設施,並開發適於本土且較價廉的誘 引液。在誘引液試驗方面,所試驗添加3% 培丹之各種誘引液,以日制酵母抽出物加糖效果 最佳,誘殺蠅類成蟲數為商品Flysmell(1200元/公升)之86.1%,其成本為30元/公升;其 次為酵母抽出物加糖之30.4%, 成本為100元/公升;再者為20%糖溶液之25.8%,成本為6元 /公升;與醋酸加10%糖之23.4%,成本為3.1 元/公升。兩戶開放式籠飼雞舍蠅類成蟲指數, 因管理方式不同而有明顯差異。滅蠅繩試驗在同一雞舍內,區別用藥及不同藥區,以調查蠅 類指數變化及誘殺蠅類成蟲數,來評估滅蠅效果。結果試驗期間每公尺寬滅蠅繩設施每天可 誘殺110~200雙蠅類成蟲,雖可降低臨近雞舍走道蠅類指數至約13~20%,但是完全去除蠅類 則不可能。另外,滅蠅繩設施裝設於雞舍外圍,仍有技術上及防治成本上等問題,在實際推 廣應用上仍有困難,但亦提供另一種滅蠅方式做參考。 。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was develop the fly-killing facility basedon previous studies in Japan, and to find cheaper attractants. In several kinds of attractants with 3% of padan tested, the most efficient attractant was yeast extract added with sugar, of which the percentage of killing number compared nicely to Flysmell, the product of Bayer, with 86.1%, and the cost was 30 NT/e or 1,200 NT/e, respectively. The efficiency and cost of other attractants were as follows: yeast extract (sigma) with sugar, efficiency 30.4%, cost 100 NT/ e; 20% sugar solution, efficiency 25.8%, cost 6 NT/ e; and 10% sugar with acetic acid, efficiency 23.4%, cost 3.1 NT/e. The changes of fly indeices of two open caged poultry house were different because of management, so the efficiency of fly-killing rope facility was investigated in one poultry house with two differently treated areas. The parameters applied to evaluate the efficiency of the facility were the fly index of the poultry house and the number of the flies killed. The results showed that the changes of the fly indeices of testing and control area were similar before using fly-killing rope facility. The fly index of testing area decreased and that of control area increased after using the facility. During the experiment, 110-200 of flies were killed per meter of the facility, and the fly index of alley nearby decreased to 13~20%. But, it was impossible to kill all of the flies in the poultry house﹒ According to the experiment, the fly-killing facility did show some efficiency in reducing the fly index of the poultry house, but there were still some technical problems to be resolved. |
