中文摘要 | 汽車零件業所面臨的環境條件日愈嚴苛,為鞏固及維持其國際競爭力,應用本文 所敘述的成形技術以降低生產成本及開發兼具安全性能之輕量化部品將是必行的趨勢。在製 程技術之應用方面朝一體化沖壓成形、板材沖鍛成形、對向液壓成形等方向發展,在製造技 術上有焊接胚料成形、三次元雷射焊接加工,在材料方面有高強度鋼板及鋁合金材料之應用 。還有應用非沖壓技術如滾壓成形、鋁擠型材之彎曲加工、管材之液壓成形及利用實體模型 CAD 系統進行合理化之車體結構設計。 最後以 ULSAB 車體開發實案說明汽車車體件之新成 形技術應用,希能對業者有所助益。 |
英文摘要 | Since the automobile parts industry is facing more and more strict environmental requirements, it's inevitable to develop safe and lightweight products to maintain its competitive edge. The forming technology described in this article includes the application of process technique (one-piece stamping, flow control forming, and hydraulic forming), manufacturing technique (tailored blanks forming and 3D laser welding), material selection (high strength steel and aluminum alloy) and the application of non-press technology (roll forming, bending of extruded aluminum, hydraulic forming for tube and rational body construction design by solid model CAD system). This article uses a "ULSAB" case to demonstrate the latest forming application in auto body with the hope of benefiting the industry. |
