中文摘要 | 海外遊學、留學、自助旅行近年來在臺灣漸成風潮,對臺灣的外語教育、國民跨 文化的溝通能力,以及國家躋身國際社會之潛力等方面皆深具意義。本研究在累積三年之經 驗,於暑期美國遊學活動之實施、觀察、並搜集資料之後,以實驗法分析五專外語科學生遊 學後,在語言學習、跨文化溝通能力,和自我成長等三方面所展現的成效。以期於國內教育 改革的浪潮下,能對英語文教育的實際政策提供些許參考。 |
英文摘要 | The trend of going to the States on overseas study trips, self-aided sightseeing trips and pursuing higher education abroad divulges some meanings to the approaches of foreign language education in Taiwan, the resident's ability in intercultural communications, and to the nation's potentials to function in the global community. This research is a quasi-experimental study aiming at manifesting short-term overseas study trip's significant effects in the aspects of language learning, interpersonal/intercultural communication, and the participant's self-growth with the hope of contributing to the practical policies in Taiwan in this phase of educational reforms. |
