中文摘要 | 本研究結合化學混凝和臭氧化反應,對臺灣某染料廠之實際廢水進行處理,探討廢水中化學需氧量及色度之去除率。染料製程廢水中含有高COD和色度的難分解分子、中間體及鹽分,其組成相當複雜,一般無法直接採用生物處理,為目前染料業廢水處理之最大問題。 利用化學混凝法作為前處理,去除大部分可混凝的有機物質後,再以新型高臭氧利用率之處理設備進行脫色反應,破壞不可混凝之物質,達到脫色及降低COD之雙重功能。化學混凝操作中,pH值、混凝劑和助凝劑的加入量,為去除COD及色度之重要角色。結果顯示,適量的加藥混凝及臭氧化處理後,母液廢水之COD和色度去除率分別可達91%及99%以上;綜合廢水之COD和色度去除率則分別為78%及99%。經濟評估方面,以臭氧製造用電作為主要依據,每噸廢水每小時處理費用約NT$54.5。 |
英文摘要 | This study tried to use the combined chemical coagulation and ozonation process for treatment of the wastewater from local dyes manufacturing plants. Dyes manufacturing wastewater contained high strength COD, deeply colored refractory dye molecules, intermediates and salts. The complicated compositions lead the biotreatment unlikely, which is the greatest trouble being with the dyes manufacturing plants. Chemical coagulation was placed in advance of the ozonation in this study. The majority of organics was coagulated in first step, then the filtered wastewater was treated by ozonation to eliminate most of the coloring matters, and to destroy those unexcluded by coagulation. The ozonator which is a newly developed vortex-forming reactor, acted efficiently to eliminate the majority of COD and coloring matters. The parameters affecting the elimination were pH values, the quantities of the coagulants and the coagulant aids. The post ozonation of a properly coagulated mother-liquor reveals the elimination rate of > 91% and 99%, while 78% and 99% for the combined wastewater, for COD and color removal, respectively. Cost analysis based on the ozone generation showed an operation cost of NT$ 54.5/ton. |
