中文摘要 | 本研究乃是利用芬頓氏試劑來處理染色廢水。經實驗結果得知:酸鹼值、溫度及 芬頓氏試劑的使用量皆會影響到染色廢水之脫色和化學需氧量之降低。當酸鹼值越低,溫度 越高,硫酸亞鐵使用量越多時,則處理效果越佳;但過氧化氫用量如超過400mg/L時,廢 水之化學需氧量降低效果則會逐漸降低。其次,當酸鹼值低於4,處理溫度在50℃以上,時 間為20分鐘,過氧化氫和硫酸亞鐵之使用量分別為100mg/L及150mg/L時,對實驗室模擬 工廠廢水和實際廢水之處理就有明顯的脫色和化學需氧量降低效果。 |
英文摘要 | This experiment concerned the treatment of dyeing waste-water by Fenton's reagent. The results showed that pH value, temperature, and the content of Fenton's reagent directly affected the abilities of decoloring and decreasing COD in the dyeing waste-water. The lower the pH value, the higher the temperature, and the greater the amount of FeSO , the better the effect of the treatment. However as the content of H O was higher than 400mg/L, the COD decreasing effect will be decreased. Furthermore, when the pH value was less than 4, the temperature higher than 50℃, the duration 20minutes and the content of hydrogen peroxide and ferrious sulfate 100mg/L and 150mg/L respectively, for both the lab simulation and the actual plant, waste-water treatment had a much greater effect on the decoloring and the decreasing of COD. |
