中文摘要 | 此研究的主要目的,在於探討以雙氧水為催化劑的光化學氧化方法,處理染料廢 水之可行性,及其分解效率對溶液 pH 值及雙氧水的添加劑量對此分解速率之影響,也同時 做深入的探討。 容積大小為 100 公升的自製不�袗�反應器中,以高壓汞弧燈作為紫外線的 來源,此紫外線輻射能有效分解雙氧水成為氫氧自由基,以分解污染物。經實驗證實,此方 法能有效分解紅色染料廢水。同時亦證實溶液的 pH 值愈低,愈有利於分解作用的進行。較 高的雙氧水添加劑量雖可增加其分解速率,但兩者間並非線性關係,最適當的添加劑量需經 由實驗來決定。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study is to explored the posibility of treatment of dyeing wastewater with photochemical oxidative method catalyzed by hydrogen peroxide. It will also be discussed the impacts on variations of pH values and dosages of hydrogen peroxide. In this study, the reacter was a 100-liter stainless tank with high pressure mercury lamp as the source of UV radiation that would decompose hydrogen peroxide to hydroxy radicals. Experimental data indicated the decomposition of red dyeing wastewater using this method was efficient. And the lower pH value of solution, the more efficent. Even the high dosage of hydrogen peroxide would increase the decomposition rate, there was not a linear relationship between them. Through the study, we find the most proper dosage of hydrogen peroxide to decompose dyeing waste water using our developed method. |
